The Challenge:

Do a Standing Decompression (view image and description below)
These 2 exercises are to be done ONCE PER DAY for the month of February. Spend a minimum of 5-10 minutes practicing deep breathing in each posture. Help your vagal tone, help oxygenate the heck out of your body and vital organs and watch your mood and your life improve! If you have any questions about technique, come visit us in the office for pointers OR, post a picture on our Facebook page or Instagram and we will help you with tips, pointers and cues.
