Make sure you’re doing the Founder correctly!
Your knees should stay in line with your heels, with your weight back behind you. This should NOT be a squat!
Make sure that all movement happens at the hip joint; no movement should happen in the spine. Keep breathing into your lungs, maintaining the space between your ribs and your pelvis.
How does it feel decompressing and hip hinging? Is your Founder feeling strong? While it’s not always easy, it is definitely effective. Keep up the good work!
