Hello, Main Street Chiropractic! I’m Caitlin Nemec, and I am a chiropractor here. I was a member of the MSC team back from 2014-2018, at which time my husband and I used our honeymoon as an excuse to take extended time off for travel. Our trip was better and also different than what we ever could have imagined (especially how it ended!), however, we are very happy to be back!
Dallas and I had an amazing adventure, and we couldn’t be more thankful for it, especially in light of the current global situation. We were on the road for 14 months of blissful world travel, and we wouldn’t change a thing about it. We spent four months living in a campervan in New Zealand, a month in Indonesia, the summer in Europe, two months between Nepal and Northern India, a month in Costa Rica, and two months learning Spanish in Guatemala. We were land travelling with my father-in-law through Belize to Mexico when Justin Trudeau called us back home (and we’re glad that he did – our next plan was a one-way ticket to Peru!). We are incredibly grateful that we came back when we did, and that we get to call Canada home.
While travelling, our main focus was hiking, and our feet took us to some spectacular places. Feel free to check out my Instagram account @dr.caitlin to see where we went. PSA – my account has currently changed from world travel photos to pictures of our newest family member, Ama, a lab cross puppy, who we named after the mountain Ama Dablam in Nepal.
I look forward to seeing familiar faces in the office, and to meeting new practice members :).
